Blindmotion have provided a great product for us with voice controlled blinds. The installers were very professional, and we are very happy with the end result! Communication from the office could have been better (no receipt or update provided) but I would still recommend this company.

I contacted Blind Motion looking for advice on plantation shutters and roller blinds for our apartment in Sydney. The salesperson Phil was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in answering all my questions - he really went out of his way to help. I was also very impressed by their competitive prices. The fabrics I was shown are all top quality and I'm pretty sure they're Australian-made too. I would be happy to recommend Blind Motion!

We experienced excellent customer service and they were so easy and polite to deal with. Darren from Blindmotion came out and repaired my mother in law’s bedroom blinds this week. We have been trying to get their remote control fixed for months. The original company that installed them said they needed a new remote. It turned out that the remote was not the problem. Darren repaired the blinds and they are now working brilliantly. He was on time, efficient and tidy. Such an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Really happy with our wire guide outdoor motorised blind from Blindmotion. It looks great and works flawlessly.

Our roller blinds look great. There were lots of choices with colour and design. Peter was good at helping us through the process of choosing what was right and we had a check measure and quote on the same day. Would have liked to give them 5 stars but communication on the day of installation - which ended up being the next day- was very poor and left me feeling a bit miffed. While I understand that things can sometimes go wrong and therefore days/times get changed, this needs to be communicated to a customer waiting for someone to arrive. But in the end the installers were great and did a great job . Ultimately very happy with the result.

Highly recommend Blind Motion. We have had several motorised outdoor blinds installed and from initial contact, through to ordering and installation, the process has been hassle-free. We received warranty and maintenance documents and operating manuals after the installation which was an added bonus! Previous companies we have used have not supplied any written documents. It was a very pleasant surprise.

Blindmotion and their products are highly recommended. I have their blinds on every window in the house, the quality is amazing, I have large windows that other companies couldn't manage the width, no problem for Blindmotion. The colour and design recommendations were spot on. Also great that they are made in Australia. I came back and had exterior electric blinds fitted on external windows, again could not be happier. The customer service is also great, they are easy to get in contact with get back straight away.

The team is very efficient. Phil , the owner returned call the same day. Made a detailed measurement of our blinds. The installation team came in under covid safe measures : install with the least disturbance to us and garry the office manager followed up . Cant ask for more. And the main things is : the motorised blinds work so smoothly we thought we are in a 5 star hotel.

Phoned on a recommendation. Whole process ran smoothly. Nothing was a bother to them. Blinds manufactured and installed in perfect condition. Price was reasonable.Would highly recommend.

We had a large outdoor sun blind fitted. Good quality stuff - for which one pays a bit more of course. Nice professional people; Phil (the boss, who did the quote) was great as was Brian (who did the fitting). Recommended.
